What we collect

When you contact us we hold what you send: your name, company, email, phone number and whatever project detail you attach — drawings, schedules, floor plans. Nothing more.

The site itself records anonymous analytics: pages viewed, approximate region and referring source. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data.

How we use it

Project information is used to prepare a scope, a design or a quotation, and to deliver the works if you appoint us. Analytics is used to understand which pages help clients decide.

We will only email you outside an active enquiry if you have asked us to — there is no automatic mailing list.

Your drawings and designs

Drawings you send remain yours. We use them to produce our design and coordination information and we do not share them with third parties except the suppliers and consultants needed to price or deliver your project.

Project photography is only published with the client’s written permission, and residential addresses are never identified beyond the community name.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are held for two years. Records for delivered projects are held for the duration of the warranty and support period plus five years, since service history matters when a system is revisited.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to office@trodac.com.

Quotations and orders

Written quotations are valid for thirty days unless stated otherwise, and are based on the drawings and information supplied at the time of pricing.

Orders are confirmed on receipt of a signed acceptance and the agreed advance payment. Lead times quoted are supplier lead times and are confirmed at order stage.

Warranty and support

Equipment carries the manufacturer’s warranty. Trodac workmanship carries a twelve-month warranty from handover, covering installation, programming and commissioning of the systems we delivered.

The warranty does not cover damage from other trades, changes made by third parties to our programming, power supply faults, or misuse. Support beyond the warranty period is available under an annual agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and any dispute falls to the courts of Dubai.
